Privacy for the Agent Winds ChatGPT integration

Effective September 29, 2026. This notice supplements the Agent Winds privacy policy.

Information used

Agent Winds receives the search criteria and tool inputs needed to fulfill your request. For inquiries this includes your name, email, optional phone number, chosen recipient, message, property, and requested showing time. We do not request access to your full ChatGPT history or private Agent Winds account.

Your choice before sharing

You review the details and recipient before confirming submission. After confirmation, we send the inquiry to the selected agent or office through its Agent Winds CRM and notification services. General office inquiries may be assigned to an eligible agent using the office’s routing settings. The recipient may contact you about your inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing campaigns or property alerts.

Retention

Unsent draft contact details expire after 15 minutes and are removed by a cleanup task running every minute. Cancelling a draft removes them immediately. Successful or uncertain submissions remove draft contact details immediately. The integration keeps an opaque delivery receipt for up to seven days. Notification delivery details are retained for troubleshooting for up to seven days. Submitted inquiries remain in the recipient’s CRM under its privacy and retention practices; deleting a draft cannot retract an already sent inquiry.

Service protection

We use hashed network and contact identifiers with request counters to limit abuse. Counters expire within 48 hours. Application access logs are disabled; infrastructure providers may retain security and operational logs under their policies. Contact details are not returned in directory or listing results.

Contact support@agentwinds.com or call 866-610-5547 for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions. For an inquiry already shared, identify the receiving agent or office so we can help route the request. OpenAI’s handling of your ChatGPT activity is governed by its own privacy policy.
